# Community Guidelines
Respect, Consent & Safety
Tons Of Tongues is an adult-only platform dedicated to consensual expression between adults. All content must involve participants who are at least 18 years old, accurately represented, and participating voluntarily with informed and ongoing consent.
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that all performers and collaborators have provided valid consent and that all required records are properly maintained in accordance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Consent must be: - Explicit and informed; - Ongoing and revocable; - Provided by every identifiable participant.
Impersonation, coercion, or misrepresentation of consent is strictly prohibited.
Allowed Content
The following content is permitted, provided it is lawful, consensual, and complies with these Guidelines:
- Tongue-focused photos, videos, clips, and creative close-ups;
- Roleplay, ASMR, or performance art centered on the mouth or oral expression;
- Sensual food play or licking content that is clearly consensual, safe, and non-exploitative;
- Educational, wellness, or informational content related to oral care, technique, or anatomy;
- Creative or artistic interpretations consistent with the platform’s theme.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal or account termination:
- Any depiction of minors, young-looking individuals, or age-play involving minors;
- Any content involving non-consensual acts, coercion, exploitation, or intoxication;
- Violence, abuse, or physical harm;
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or extremist content;
- Bestiality, scat, incest, or any acts prohibited by law or payment partners;
- Deepfakes, AI-generated impersonation, or manipulated media depicting real persons without consent;
- Revenge porn or content shared without the subject’s knowledge or permission;
- Sexual services, escorting, or solicitation of real-world sexual activity;
- Misleading thumbnails, deceptive descriptions, or bait-and-switch content;
- Spam, scams, or misleading promotions;
- Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Legal & Compliance Obligations
Creators must: - Be at least 18 years old; - Ensure all collaborators are at least 18 years old; - Maintain complete and accurate records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257; - Provide documentation upon lawful request; - Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
Failure to meet these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
Enforcement & Moderation
Tons Of Tongues reserves the right to: - Remove content or restrict accounts at any time, with or without notice; - Investigate suspected violations; - Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations; - Preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
No prior warning is required before enforcement action.
Safety & Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines or appears unsafe, report it using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting:

Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports promptly and maintains auditable records of all escalations.
Appeals
If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may submit an appeal with supporting documentation.
Appeals are reviewed by policy specialists. Decisions are final and communicated via email.
Updates
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
