Tons of Tongues LLC operates as an online platform that hosts user-generated content created and uploaded by independent third-party creators.

Tons of Tongues LLC is not the primary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of any content appearing on the platform. All content creators are solely responsible for maintaining records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Each creator represents and warrants that:

All individuals depicted in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created;
Valid government-issued identification was obtained prior to creation of the content;
All required records are maintained by the creator in compliance with applicable law;
Such records are available upon lawful request.

Tons of Tongues LLC maintains age-verification documentation solely for account holders who upload explicit content to verify eligibility to use the platform. Tons of Tongues LLC does not maintain the complete performer records required to be retained by primary producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
